Stress is a big problem and stress can cause many problems not only mentally but also physically.
If there is stress, anxiety will occur. Thus high blood pressure can occur when the heart rate is too high during stress. So avoid frequent anxiety.
It is a well-known fact that headaches are usually caused by tension. But if there is too much stress, the pressure and pulse in the blood vessels leading to the brain will also increase. This can lead to severe migraines.
And for some, as a baby gets older, he or she will outgrow this. So if you have tension and stress due to a heavy workload, you should immediately get involved in listening to music, exercising, and playing to correct it.
If there is stress, frequent forgetfulness will occur. Because when life is under the same pressure, nothing can be remembered. When such forgetfulness occurs, one should immediately engage in an effort to calm the mind.
